Buna-N Nitrile (NBR)

The standard for most general sealing applications; petroleum base lubricants, hydraulic oils, gasoline, fuels, alcohol, L.P. gases, water and many other media. High saturated (hydrogenated) Nitrile materials also resist ozone and temperatures up to 350°F. NSF materials also available.

    Temperature Range: -65° to +275°F

 ® Neoprene (Chloroprene)

Recommended for refrigeration freon gases, carbon dioxide, chlorine, ozone, sunlight exposure and for use as drive belts. F.D.A approved compounds are available for food and beverages. Odorless, tasteless and non-toxic.

                                                                   Temperature Range: -65° to +275°F

Ethylene-Propylene

For hot water, steam, acids, alcohols, alkalis, ketones, phosphate esters, brake fluids, drive belts, exposure to oxygen, ozone and weathering. NSF materials also available.

Temperature Range: -67° to +400°F

® Viton (Fluorocarbon)

High temperature toughness, stability, and compatibility with a wide range of fluid and chemical types including acids, oils, fuels, solvents and gases.

                                                               Temperature Range: -40° to +500° F

Silicone

Compatible with a variety of fluids, air, oxygen, ozone and other media for extreme use of low and high temperature applications.

Temperature Range: -100° to +500°F

Fluorosilicone

Recommended where extreme temperature properties are required. For petroleum oils, fuels and lubricants; synthetic ester and diester lubricants.

Temperature Range: -100° to +400°F
